This is a wonderful preserve house which was built during early 20th century. It was originally created to mimic the castle Kilkenny in Ireland. Very nice place to visit all around the year however during spring or autumn are it becomes much beautiful.

From Metro-North at Grand Central, you can take a ride of about 80 minutes to reach Beacon which is near Hudson River. You will find plenty of boutiques, cafes. However the main attraction of this place are Dia:Beacon and historic Roundhouse Beacon where you can see the waterfall.

  • Hudson, New York

If you travel further northern side of Garrison then you can reach to Hudson which is a very pretty town where life is bit slow and simple in the busy country of the USA. The beautifully designed station for train was created in 1874. Places to see is Olana house, which remains open for visit from Tuesday to Sunday and you have to book ticket online for visiting.
